Do you charge an application fee? No, the only fee
we charge are our monthly investment fees.
Is it legal to sell a portion of my
settlement to your company? Yes, your settlement proceeds are yours
to do with as you see fit. If you have
a contingency fee agreement with your attorney you have already assigned a
portion of your settlement to your attorney. Can my attorney loan me any money? This does depend upon the state. In most states the attorney is not allowed
to forward money for anything other than the case expenses. If your attorney were to forward you money
this would cause a conflict of interest on his/her part. If I lose my case, how would I repay
you? If you lose your case we are not
repaid. This is why we are doing a contingent
funding based on the merits of your case.
